On the Passing of Juanita Millender-McDonald

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Upon learning of the death of Representative Juanita Millender-McDonald (CA-37), Rep. Xavier Becerra (CA-31) issued the following statement:

"We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing today of our dear friend, Juanita Millender-McDonald. Juanita was a passionate fighter for working Americans and those less fortunate. She will be missed by all who loved her, respected her and drew inspiration from her. Carolina and I extend our sincerest sympathies to James, her husband, and her family."
